Proper husbandry, including clean housing, fresh water, quality nutrition, and routine monitoring, is essential for maintaining healthy rats. Buyers are responsible for following local regulations regarding the care and use of feeder animals.

All rats are guaranteed to be alive, healthy, and in good condition at the time of pickup or delivery.

Animals are visually inspected prior to release to ensure they are free from signs of illness or distress.

DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy

In the rare event of a DOA, clear photo or video evidence must be provided within 2 hours of delivery.

Approved claims will be eligible for replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

No Returns Policy

Due to biosecurity and animal welfare standards, all sales are final once animals leave our facility.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on live animals.

Buyer Responsibility

We are not responsible for issues caused by improper handling, housing, feeding, or environmental conditions after delivery.

Buyers must ensure they are legally permitted to own and use feeder animals in their location.
