All live animals housed or shipped using our systems are covered under a Live Arrival Guarantee when shipped via an approved carrier and held for pickup or delivered on the first delivery attempt.

Any claims must be reported within 2 hours of delivery

Clear photos and/or videos are required for verification

Replacement or store credit will be issued at our discretion

Shipping costs are non-refundable
